Regarding the Final Enrollment Procedures of Conditionally Registered Students
Candidates who have earned the right to enroll in a higher education program but are in the final stage of graduation from secondary education institutions, associate degree programs, or undergraduate programs, and who will take part in internships, resit exams, or single-course exams, will be provisionally registered at higher education institutions within the specified dates.
If these candidates submit their graduation documents to the higher education institution by 31 December 2025, and candidates placed in a higher education program from Open Education High Schools submit their graduation documents by 30 January 2026, their final enrollment will be completed.
Those who fail to provide proof of graduation by these dates will have their provisional registrations cancelled. Candidates in this situation who do not complete their provisional registration procedures within the specified dates will not be enrolled.
