Rasim AYDIN was born in Samsun. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Samsun. He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics in 2009. In 2015, he completed his master's degree at Ondokuz Mayıs University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration, with his thesis titled "Psychotechnical Application Methods in the Recruitment Process". AYDIN began his career in 2000 as a civil servant at the Sinop Provincial Directorate of National Education and was transferred to the Samsun Provincial Directorate of National Education in 2002. Between 2002 and 2008, he served in various provincial directorates of the Samsun Governor's Office. In 2008, he was appointed to the Central District Population Directorate and shortly afterwards to the Atakum District Population Directorate. In the same year, on 8 October 2008, he transferred to Ondokuz Mayıs University. During his tenure at the university, he held several administrative positions:
• Secretary of the Havza Vocational School (2012–2013), • Secretary of the Faculty of Aviation and Space Sciences (2013–2015),
• Secretary of the Bafra Vocational School (2015–2019), • Secretary of the Institute of Social Sciences at Gümüşhane University (2020–2020). On 7 December 2020, he was appointed as Faculty Secretary to the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Ondokuz Mayıs University, a position he continues to hold.
Rasim AYDIN is married and has two daughters.
